Calling *ALL* Wolves!

United We Stand! Divided We Get Punished!

I heard that phrase on the Muppet Babies, a very, very, *VERY* long time ago! I do not like to sound desperate, but to be completely honest, I very well could be at or past the point of desperation. I have known that I had *needed* a team for a very, *very* long time now *AND* that I could not even get to the next step without the assistance of at least *ONE* other person.

You see, I am a Perfectionist and when I first heard the term, it did *not* sound like a bad thing. I had recently found out that, well… I was wrong! Perfectionism has truly been one of the worst symptoms of my “conditions” that I have. It has prevented me from doing so many, many, *MANY* things! Perfectionism could truly, *TRULY* make one suffer, and the worst part is… *Most* of us that have it, do not even realize it! It is happening right now! This is not an article on Perfectionism!

*BUT!* … *THAT* is the *PAST* and according to the serenity prayer, I must allow Mice Elf to find *Serenity* to accept the things that I can not change and I am 99.9% sure that the *PAST* is one of those things that we can not change. The other thing that I am 99.9% sure that you can not change, is *OTHER PEOPLE!* Which is also why I am writing this article. I do not want to change anyone, but I do want to help people find where they “belong.” Where their talents will not be taken for granted, but appreciated. Where their shortcomings will not be frowned upon. No one should be made to feel ashamed of being who they are and or who they are meant to be!

Then there is the *Courage* to change the things that I can. It may not seem like it, but even writing this article is taking a tremendous amount of courage on my behalf! I am facing many demons at this very moment, that are working quite hard to screw this up for me. And trust me, they have! Many, many, *MANY* times in the past! But again I say, “No more!”

The *Wisdom* to know the difference is really the easiest one of the three. There is really only one thing that any of us can change, and that is ourselves. And only parts of ourselves at that! Believe me, I doubt that I will ever wake up and find Mice Elf being six foot tall. Not that it is not possible, but it is no longer anywhere near the top of my list of number one priorities that I have. *BUT!* Putting together a *Wolf Pack* is!
